ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Jacob, and thank you for visiting my website. I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Griffith University Business School, and I also contribute to the world-class research conducted by Griffith's Policy Innovation Hub. My research examines public attitudes towards 'subsidiarity', a principle of decentralism, non-interference, and community support and empowerment. I have a keen interest in all things federalism, but am also passionate about Australian politics and democracy, public policy, and administrative and constitutional law.

In addition to contributing to key research projects in the Policy Innovation Hub, I am now planning a project examining how the principle of subsidiarity might be used to help improve governance and strategic investment in Queensland communities.
